In 1995-2000, studied at the Oil Faculty of the Turkmen Polytechnic institute, spe­cialty — mining engineer. In 2000-2013, he worked at the Institute of Oil and Gas of the State Concern “Turkmengaz” in various positions. In 2013-2014, Mr. M. Meredov acted as the Head of the Sector of the Cabinet of Min­isters of Turkmenistan. 2014-2016 was appointed the Deputy minister of the Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan. January, 8th to July 19th, 2016 he was appointed the Minister of the Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan. From July 2016 to July 2017 he worked as chairman of the State Concern “Turkmenneftegazstroy”. From July to December 2017, he was acting head of the “Yoriteleshtirilen gurlyshyk — gurnama onumchilik” association. From December 2017 to April 2018, he was the head of the department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to control the construction of high-importance and capital facilities of the oil and gas industry. Since April 2018, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

Dovletdurdy Tachdurdiyevich Hadjyev was born in 1976 in the city of Balkanabad in the Balkan Region. He has higher education.In 1995 graduated from the Balkanabad Oil Technical College. In 1999 he graduated from the Balkanabad branch of the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mining engineering. He started his career in 1997 as an engineer of the third category of the institute “Nebitgazylmytaslama” of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”. During 2001-2005 he was an assistant driller, driller, deputy chief, chief of the district engineering service of the Central Engineering Technological Service of the Nebitdag Drilling Operations Department of the “Turkmennebit” State Concern. During 2005-2007 he was the chief of the district engineering technological service No. 2 of Chekishler Square of the Central Engineering Technological Service of the Nebitdag Drilling Operations Department of the “Turkmennebit” State Concern. Between 2007-2011 — Chief Engineer-Deputy Head of the Goturdepe Drilling Operations Department of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”. Between 2011-2012 he was acting head of the Department for mounting of Oil and Gas Wells of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”. From 2012 to 2014, he was head of the Nebitdag Drilling Operations Department of the “Turkmennebit” SC. From 2014 to March 2017 – Deputy Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”. Since March 2017 — by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan he has been appointed Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”.

Murad Archayev

State Minister of Turkmenistan – Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmengas”

Archaev Murad Kurbandurdyevich was born on April 28, 1987 in the city of Ashgabat. From 2003 to 2009 he studied at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. From 2009 — 2010 he served in the ranks of the Turkmen Army. From 2011 to 2012 he worked as an engineer at the Oil and Gas Institute of the Turkmengas State Concern. From 2012 to 2017, he worked as the Chief Specialist, Deputy Head of the Export Department of Natural and Liquefied Gas of the state concern Turkmengaz. From March 28, 2017 he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the ‘Turkmengas’ State Concern. From April 11 to December 1, 2017, he performed the duties of State Minister of Turkmenistan — Chairman of the ‘Turkmengas’ State Concern. From December 01, 2017 to the present day, he holds the position of State Minister of Turkmenistan — Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.
Married with three children.
From March 2009 to April 2013, he worked in the audit management of the audit department of the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan as the chief auditor.
From April 2013 to January 2016, he worked as the head of the audit department of the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan.
From January 2016 to March 2016, he worked in the department for the maintenance of industrial installations in the department of support and electrical appliances of the ‘Turkmengas’ state concern as an engineer.
From May 2016 to July 2016, he worked in the management of design work in the department of calculation and analysis of calculations of the ‘Turkmenoilandgasbuilding’ state concern at the position of chief accountant — head of department.
From July 2016 to March 2017, he worked as the acting head of the ‘Turkmennebitonumleri’ Headquarters.
Since March 2017, he has been working as the general director of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

Shahym Abdrahmanov

Shahym Abdrakhmanov was born on October 28, 1963 in the Yagtyol Gengesh­lik of the Mary region Garagum district. In 1986 he gradu­ated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute by the specialty — mining engineer-geologist.
He began his career in 1986 as a geologist of the district Engineering and Technical service of „Nebitgazgozleg”Oil Exploratory Expedi­tion atthe GeologyDirecto­rate (later renamed as “Turkmengeologiya” Production Association)in Anauv. In 1987-1989 he worked on the position of assistant driller atthe same management. Since 1989 he worked as a ge­ologist of the Eastern Expedition of Deep Drilling forOil and Gas atthe Production Association «Turk­mengeologiya». From 1993to 2003 — chiefgeologist of the Farap Exploration and Drilling Department of „Lebapburgaz”Trust;since April4, 2003- chief geologist of the ImambabaOil Exploratory Expedi­tion of “Turkmennebitgazgozleg” Trust  at “Turkmengeologiya” State Corporation; and since January 5, 2005- chief geologist of the Oil and Gas Extraction Department «Yashyldepe». From March 1 to April 27, 2006 — chief geologist of „Lebapnebitgazgozleg”Management; from April 27, 2006 to June 3, 2014 — head of „Lebapnebitgazgozleg” Management, from June 3, 2014 to March 1, 2017 — headof «Marynebit­gazgozleg» Management, SC «Turkmengeologiya». Since March 2, 2017 — by the De­cree of the President of Turkmeni­stan he was appointed Chairman of the State Corporation «Turkmenge­ologiya”.

Muhammetmyrat Amanov

From 2008 until 2012, he worked in various divisions of the State Concern «Turkmengas», such as Management «Dovletabatgazchykarysh», Directorate for the development of gas fields and construction of gas pipelines as the head of production and technical department and deputy director for construction.

Dovletmurad Byashimov was born in the city of Ashgabat on April 13, 1980.
In 1997, he entered the Turkmen Institute of National Economy and in 2001 he graduated from the Accounting and Audit Department with a degree in economics.
From July 2001 to December 2001, he worked in the Ashgabat production-maintenance-provisioning enterprise of the ‘Turkmenpagta’ State Concern as a settlement accountant.
From December 2001 to April 2003 he served in the military.

Maksat Pirliyev

Pirliyev Maksat Babadurdyevich was born on October 17, 1978 in the village of Bagir of the Ahal velayat of the Ruhabat etrap, in the family of employees. Turkmen by nationality.
From 1985 to 1995, he studied at secondary school No. 6 of the Akhal velayat of the Ruhabat etrap. After graduating from school, he entered the Turkmen State University to study at the faculty of “world economics and international relations”, in 1999 he received the specialty «international economist with knowledge of English».
From 1999 to 2000 he served in the military. From 2000 to 2008, he worked in the state commercial bank «Daikhanbank»as a specialist in the management of accounting and reporting, a chief specialist in the management of pension insurance and agencies, as well as in a branch of the bank of the Ahal velayat of the Ruhabat etrap depatrment as a deputy chief accountant and chief accountant.
In the period from October to December 2008, he worked in the joint-stock company “Gek Gushak” as a chief economist — head of the audit and economic department. In the period from March to July 2009, he worked in the Abadan branch of the State Commercial Bank “Halkbank” in the department of accounting and analysis in the positions of chief specialist and chief accountant. From 2009 to 2016, he worked in the State Agency for the Management and Use of Oil and Gas Resources under the President of Turkmenistan in the positions of chief specialist, head of the European office, head of department. From 2016 to 2018, he worked in the central office of the Turkmenneft State Concern as acting head of department, head of department, deputy head of department. Since August 31, 2018, he has been working as the Director General of the closed joint stock company «Turkmen national oil and gas company».

Mukhammetnur Khalylov

Born in 1955 in Ashgabat.
In 1971-1976 studied at the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a major in mining, specialty – geologic engineer.
In 1976-1977 worked as an engineer, senior engineer at the Turkmenistan Research Division of the USSR Research and Design Institute for Natural Gas Treatment, Transportation and Processing (Baku, Azerbaijan).
In 1977-1992 worked as a senior engineer and head of the lab at the Turkmen Research Project Institute, branch of VNIIGas (Moscow, Russia). In 1989 earned the degree of candidate of geological and mineralogical sciences. From 1992 to 2002 was a deputy head of Field Geology Department and deputy director of geology research at the Oil and Gas Institute; chief geologist for oil and gas exploration at “Turkmengeologiya” State Corporation.
In 2002-2009 – chief geologist – deputy chairman and head of geology and gas field development department at the State Concern “Turkmengas”. From October 2009 – director of the Geological Research Institute at the State Corporation “Turkmengeologiya”.
In January 2013 was appointed Minister of Oil & Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan. Since January 2016 has been at the head of the Research Institute of Natural Gas at the State Concern “Turkmengas”. He is an author of more than 50 research papers, holds one patent, two monographs in geology oil and gas exploration and justification of hydrocarbon prospects and oil and gas extraction raw materials base.

Wang Zhongcai

Wang Zhongcai is the Vice President of the Petrochina, and concurrently serves as the Сhairman of Board of Directors, CNPC International Exploration & Development Company.
Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer and holds a doctor’s degree. He has over 35 years of working experience in China’s petroleum industry. He worked as the deputy general manager of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Co., Ltd. and concurrently the chairman of CNPC International (Aktobean) Oil & Gas Co., Ltd. from March 1999, the standing deputy general manager of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Co., Ltd. and concurrently the general manager of CNPC International (Aktobean) Oil & Gas Co., Ltd. from April 2000, the deputy general manager of CNPC Exploration and Development Company Limited and concurrently the general manager of  CNPC International (Russia) Co., Ltd. from May 2003, the deputy general manager of CNPC Exploration and Development Company Limited and concurrently the general manager of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Co., Ltd. and general manager of CNPC International (Aktobean) Oil & Gas Co., Ltd. from November 2005, the senior deputy general manager of CNPC Exploration and Development Company Limited from December 2009, senior deputy general manager of CNPC Exploration and Development Company Limited from April 2014, and the Chairman of Board of Directors of CNPC International Exploration & Development Company from November 2017. Mr. Wang was appointed as a Vice President of PetroChina, from December 2017.

Gary Jones

BP Regional President for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey Regions

Gary Jones is the Regional President for BP’s Azerbaijan-Georgia- Turkey Region. In this role he is accountable for all of BP’supstream activities in the Region. These include BP’s ca.600,000bls/d oil (gross) and ca. 1060mmscfd gas (gross) exploration and production business. He is fully accountable for regional strategy, operating quality and relationships with governments and co-investing partners. Gary has worked for BP since 1981 and has held many leadership positions in Drilling, Operations and Projects, which includes Head of Global Wells Organization, General Manager Rumaila / VP Operations BP Iraq, Project Director / Performance Unit Leader – Verkhnechonskoye (Russia) and Performance Unit Leader for several UK Assets. In his early years with BP, Gary held various engineering and technical roles in Drilling and Wells, working in deepwater operations in the Gulf of Mexico, drilling and completions in the North Sea, as well as multiple drilling operations in China, Holland and Africa.
Gary holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University. He is married and has 2 children.

Luca Vignati

He was born in Macerata (Italy) in 1963 and has been Executive Vice President since June 2016
Experience:
He joined the Eni Group in 1990, beginning his career as a reservoir engineer at Agip SPA.
Following an assignment in Norway as production engineer in 1991, where he was seconded in Conoco Philips Company, he moved back to Italy, working in Head Office and in the production districts in Italy, notably Ortona and Ravenna, as senior production engineer (1993-94), senior reservoir engineer (1994-95) and Head of Petroleum Engineering (1996-98).
From 1998 to 2000, he was Development General Director at SITEP JV, Tunisia.
Till 2008, when he was back to eni, he worked with as General Manager in a medium size manufacturing company, Italy. In 2009 was appointed Technical Director in eni UK, and in 2010 he became Managing Director of Burren Resources Petroleum Limited, Turkmenistan. Moved to Egypt in late 2011, serving Agiba as General Manager & Manager Director.
Since 2012 he is working in Kazakhstan, where he covered the position of Operations Director & Deputy General Director in Karachaganak Petroleum Operating (2012-14), and Managing Director & Resident Manager Agip Karachaganak (2015-16).
In June 2016 appointed Executive Vice President for Central Asia Region, based in Astana.
He graduated in mining engineering from the University of Bologna in 1988.

Ali Rashid Al Jarwan

On 4thMarch 2017 Al-Jarwan joined Dragon Oil as MD Exploration & Production and CEO.  He has over 3 decades of leadership and technical experience in E&P. Al-Jarwan earned a B.Sc degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma; MBA from the International Institute of Management Development in Switzerland; and a degree in General Management from Cranfield School of Management in the UK. Ali Rashid Al Jarwan held several leadership positions in ADNOC group among them is Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) from June 2006 to June 2016.  He also served as Board Member in several organizations such as, NPPC, NDC, Atheer, IRSHAD and the Petroleum Institute.Al-Jarwan has received several recognition awards, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) ‘Regional Service Award’ in 1992, the distinguished SPE membership in 1999 and SPE/AIME (American Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers) honorary membership in 2013, and The Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.  He has also chaired several international conferences such as GEO in 2002, the 8thHSE International Conference in 2006 and ADIPEC 2006, 2008 and 2012.

As Technical Director, Ruslan Nasibullin has been working at the Company since April 2018. Ms. Jervalidze is a researcher and analyst on the Caspian area energy and environment policy, transit routes and regional studies. Ms. Jervalidze is the director of the Orbeliani Centre for Advanced Strategic and Energy Policy Studies at PSI Georgia. She teaches courses on “The Energy Policy of EU” and “Energy Security and Transit – Southern Gas Corridor” under invitation at various high schools in Georgia. She is an alumna of the Kennan Institute of Advanced Russian Studies in Washington DC. , and the Reading University Business School Eurasia Studies Project in UK. She comments on a regular basis on Georgia’s energy, environment and regional policy at commercial TV and Radio channels, including Reuters and Radio Free Europe.
As a researcher/analyst Ms. Jervalidze has been working on domestic energy security and the development of Southern Gas Corridor. She has made presentations on political, economic and environmental aspects of regional energy policy and transit routes to a number of international and regional conferences held in Tbilisi, Baku, Brussels, Istanbul, Bucharest, London, Strasbourg and Washington. She published analytical articles in Georgian and English languages.
Ms. Jervalidze is fluent in Georgian, Russian, English and French languages.

Isabelle DALSACE

Vice President General Affairs – Total Exploration & Production — Middle East and North Africa Division

Isabelle has worked all of her career within the Total Group. She started in 1991, in the Middle-East and Trading Division based in Paris. She then occupied several different and complementary positions in Negotiation, Economy and Business Development within the Gas & Power and the Exploration & Production Divisions, mainly for Middle-East and Asia-Pacific areas.
For the last ten years, she has been appointed as Vice President General Affairs, initially for Syria and Yemen, then for the Asia-Pacific Division. Since April 2018, she is responsible for the Middle-East and North Africa Division.

In addition, Isabelle hat been recently appointed General Manager of Total Exploration & Production affiliate in Turkmenistan.
Isabelle has a Master’s Degree in Geology from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie of Nancy, France and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales of Paris, France.

Michael Spangbjerg Teusch

Previously he was responsible for developing a methanol fuel solution for diesel engines, and has been managing Onsite investments projects globally in the fine chemical industry for 10 years.

Dr. Buerkle attended the Technical University of Karlsruhe and received his master of science in chemical engineering in 1994 and a PhD from the Karlsruhe Research Center in 1998.
Joining The LINDE Group in 1999 as a process engineer he made his way up the career ladder, eventually taking on the responsibility for LINDE’s natural gas processing & LNG business as Vice President. As a young project manager, Dr. Buerkle lived in Tehran severing Marun Petrochemical Company (Gas Cracking Plant in Mahshar, and C2+ Recovery Plant in Ahwaz), nowadays said to be the most profitable petrochemical plant in Iran. Later on, Dr. Buerkle significantly contributed in developing the Islamic Republic’s first LNG plant in Bandar Tombak (The LINDE Group being mandated with the FEED, Update of the FEED, License and Supply of Proprietary Cryogenic Equipment).
In 2007 Dr. Buerkle joined E.ON. His mission was to build E.ON’s LNG business serving as Chief Operating Officer of E.ON’s LNG Business Unit responsible for all aspects of project development and implementation along the LNG value chain. In this role, he stayed involved in developing Iran’s LNG business, with E.ON aiming at taking equity in the Iran LNG project and off-taking LNG. Unfortunately, sanctions forced E.ON out of this very prospective project and market.
In 2011 Dr. Buerkle took on the role as Executive Vice President and Division Head at FERROSTAAL responsible for the Group’s Oil & Gas business leading a number of foreign subsidiaries. His mission was to turn the business around re-establishing trust with employees, works council, customers, shareholders and banks. Following a change-of-control at FERROSTAAL, he decided to leave FERROSTAAL and in 2012 joined General Electric (GE) as Business Leader for GE Germany’s Oil & Gas business and Key Account Director for GE’s most important customers in country.
In 2014 he joined ILF Consulting Engineers as Managing Director, responsible for ILF’s Oil & Gas business.

Serge Taride is French, 59 old, graduated engineer (Arts & Metiers of Paris, France). He spent 36 years in satellite industry, at Thales Alenia Space –France.

He started in 1982 in satellite testing against space environment until 1992, then in charge of advanced studies for military observation satellites for the French defense until 1998. Becoming head of satellite application projects department, he is since 2004 head of business development for optical and radar observation satellite solutions, covering civil and defense worldwide export markets.  He is a senior expert in satellite solutions, including their applications to civil and defense sectors.

John joined Gaffney, Cline & Associates (GCA) in 2004 as a Business Development Manager, both in the UK and then in Singapore.  He then served as the Regional Director for Asia Pacific from 2009-2014.  He then returned to the UK to be the Regional Director for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Russia and Caspian region. GCA is an international petroleum consultancy, which has been operating worldwide for over 55 years.  GCA focuses solely on the petroleum and energy industry, and specializes in the provision of policy, strategy, technical and commercial assistance to governments, financial institutions, and national and international oil, gas and energy companies worldwide. In addition to managing the regional offices, he has been involved in a number of projects providing commercial and strategic advice to clients around the world.  He holds a Bsc in Business Administration and is a member of the SPE.

Shashin, Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, 423236, RT, Bugulma, str. M.Jalil, 32.In 2011, he was awarded the degree of candidate of technical sciences on the basis of his thesis «Research and development of technology for sealing the production column with radially expandable metal adhesives» in the specialty of 25.00.17 — «Development and operation of oil and gas fields.»Over the past four years, he has 5 publications and 4 RDs, is a co-author of 27 patents for invention, takes part in scientific and practical conferences, including international ones.

Timur Ilyasov

Timur was born in Aktobe, Kazakhstan in 1983, he is vice president of business development at Argus Media since 2015.
He began working in Argus in 2008 as an analyst on the oil products market in Kazakhstan. Since 2009, he also began to cover the markets of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, together with an Argus team he created regional benchmarks, price quotes by which the largest market players in the entire region are trading today, and these data are used by the governments of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
From 2015, he was appointed Vice President for Business Development in Central Asia and the Caspian Region, and manages an office in Astana.Candidate of Political Sciences.
